👋 Hi, I'm Olivia

Content strategist & writer for healthtech and femtech brands

I'm a journalist-turned-strategist with 10+ years helping brands in sexual and reproductive health create content that's honest, human, and genuinely useful — and built to rank and convert.

I got into this space because women's health has historically been under-served by both media and medicine. Good content can change that, and I want to help build it.

Get in touch

I started my career as a journalist, with bylines in Refinery29, Cosmopolitan, Dazed, and Metro.co.uk, writing about sex, relationships, and health at a time when those conversations were still considered taboo in mainstream media.

Over the past decade I've moved into content strategy, working with D2C femtech and female health brands to build content that does more than fill a blog. I help brands find their voice, grow organically through SEO, and create editorial that their audiences actually want to read.

I specialise in sexual and reproductive health, a space that demands accuracy, empathy, and a real understanding of your audience. I bring all three.

My approach is collaborative: I work best when I understand your business goals, not just your brief. That means asking good questions, thinking about what success looks like before I write a word, and being honest if I think a different direction will serve you better.

Writing for a new audience: Flo's Healthcare Professional website

Flo Health is one of the world's leading period and cycle tracking apps. As a regular content partner, I'd written SEO and in-app content for their consumer-facing platform — but when they launched a dedicated website for healthcare professionals, they asked me to bring the same quality to a very different audience.

I wrote 3 articles for the HCP site, writing about how Flo's work and digital health tools are advancing women's health and supporting clinicians in their practice, from AI in modern healthcare to digital approaches to perimenopause care. The project is a good example of my ability to adapt tone and register for different readers — from a Gen Z app user to a GP or gynaecologist — without losing clarity or accuracy.

A selection of published pieces — from consumer journalism to brand editorial. Each shows a different facet: breaking taboo topics accessibly, writing accurate health content for non-clinical audiences, and creating SEO-driven pieces that still feel human.
